Her natural leadership, initiative, and attention to detail quickly distinguished her as a key contributor to the firm’s operations where she became Office Manager in 2020.

Dawn brings over 14 years of legal administration experience to Adrian Paull Criminal Lawyers, joining the team as part of the merge with Criminal Lawyers Geelong. Often the first point of call she ensures smooth communication between legal staff and clients, managing sensitive information with discretion and care.
Lara Amarant

Lara joined Adrian Paull Criminal Lawyers in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant while completing a Bachelor of Criminology and Psychology at Deakin University. Now working as a Paralegal, Lara supports our solicitors with case preparation, client liaison, and diary management.
Jennifer Elliott
Paralegal
Jennifer joined Adrian Paull Criminal Lawyers in May 2025 as a Paralegal, bringing with her a wealth of legal experience having spent 14 years as a Magistrates’ Court Registrar. Jennifer holds a law degree and will soon join the ranks of solicitors within Adrian Paull Criminal Lawyers. In her current role she has assisted in the preparation of trials and instructed Counsel in both the County and Supreme Courts.
