Kate Saunders

Kate regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court with experience in the Children’s Court, Koori Court, and Drug Court. She has experience in both summary and indictable proceedings. Kate assists Counsel and frequently instructs in County Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal matters.

Kate takes great pride and understands the importance of building rapport with her clients to understand not only their charges, but their circumstances and challenges. She is passionate and committed to ensuring individuals feel heard and delivering the best possible outcome for all clients.
